Virgin Media Broadband new customer

A few months ago I changed over my broadband provider to virgin media as they had a special offer on for new customers :- £15 for 1st 6 months plus £125 Amazon voucher. I swapped over in September and am still waiting on the Amazon voucher to come through. I got in touch with virgin and while they tried to be helpful they said that offer had nothing to do with them and it was done through a 3rd party provider:- Compax UK. I found out their email and messaged them last week but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I'm worried that they have no intention of sending out the voucher and have signed up for nothing. Has anyone else had this issue and what happened. Thank you.

Have the same issue with voucher codes. I switched over early December, did everything asked for, didn’t get a confirmation email from voucher codes (apparently you need one for the offer to be valid) Wrote to query, never heard back in the 72 hours response time quoted.
Emailed them to say I would be cancelling contract with VM as still in cooling off period, but would be passing on any ‘admin charges ‘ to them. Got an apologetic email back saying they’re investigating and have passed the blame onto VM.
That was month ago. The offer is still being advertised, wonder how many people have actually had the Amazon voucher.
