Bed bugs in uk

Bed bugs for almost 3 years. With each spray they go down the cavities & under floor boards. Do I take up entire floor to enable them to go even further?

No advice unfortunately, but just wanted to say I know how miserable and stressful it is to have them so you have my sympathy 😬
