I saw something yesterday on my lunch break at work that made me sick. For a bit of background my lunch time is 5pm (so it was dark and cold)

I was walking from my work to Tesco about a 5 minute walk and I saw a women with a newborn pram and two men sat outside the library and the men were drinking cans of larger. My first thought was why bring your baby out in the cold to sit outside but then I caught myself and thought no I don't know the situation they could be waiting to walk to the bus stop, could have been at an appointment etc

Anyway on the way back I'm walking through the little underpass bit on the way back from Tesco to the library bit and one of the men she was with asks a homeless man for crack. Luckily the homeless man said "no I don't do that crap" but it just confirmed to me the women was likely up to no good with a newborn

She wasn't outside the library when I came back out the underpass (and not that I would have gone up to her as there's some very nasty people that hang around there)

Is it worth reporting as all I can say is that she had blonde hair and a tracksuit would they be able to check the cctv? I'm a big believer in keeping children with their parents and supporting parents through their issues but this baby is obviously being put in dangerous situations
