I've been separated from my ex since 2021, we sold the family house (50/50) and I bought my own house for me and our son. He moved in with mistress. January 2023 I filed for divorce, in September the financial order paperwork could be in. I used to do all his paperwork on everything. I've given him a number of paperwork copies of the order, even half filled in. We don't want nothing off eachothers but he won't fill it in.
How do I make him fill it in??
Can I get it done without him?? I've tried so many times.
Help!!!
(We have a child arrangement order which I got through court, I applied for it and he doesn't follow that- doesn't care about the law one bit)
