unwanted popups

keep getting unwanted popups from the same address's. How can you stop them??

Internet Explorer seems ot have a pop up stopper with it now. Another thought is whether you have some sort of adware that has got installed on your PC.

hi anteater, I use the firefox browser instead of explorer and it is brilliant - blocks popups and ads. I also run Ad-Aware regularly which is a free download from download.com. It finds and removes any malware, data miners and cookies etc...

Can not find a popup stopper on my Internet explorer.. will try download.com. Ta
