Piles? Anal skin tags? Mass?

So I’ve suffered with going to the toilet for 13 months with pains in my anus every time I go sometimes I have blood, I’ve been the doctors 4 times about it as when I have put creams inside my anus I can feel like a big bulge/ridge/mass, the doctor said it’s my normal structure, I no this is gross but when you put your finger in your bum when your lying on your side can anyone else feel like a ridge mass things at the top of your bum so not towards the vagina the other way, I’m so scared it’s a mass but the doctor said it’s normal part of me, I’m in such a panic I can’t sleep or nothing, with me always having pain when I go toilet I’m scared it’s a lump/ mass.

It’s soon as you put your finger in your bum it’s there I can’t see how it’s normal structure

I have a little lump sticking out. It's a fissure, I have suffered with piles for years, and I bled heavily, which was scary. I recently had them banded, and all bleeding stopped. I wonder if your bit is a fissure too.
I also wouldn't be worried if your doc says it's OK.

What I’m worried about when I put cream inside for piles or fissures I can feel like a ridge/bone when I insert my finger not facing towards my vagina the other way like a bump I have to go past my doctor said it’s my normal structure, have you got that hun xx
