Anyone had a spray tan?

I'm going to have my first spray tan tomorrow evening (Fantasy Tan). Apart from exfoliating and moisturising, is there anything else i can do to make it work better / last longer? And, what do you wear whilst they are spraying you? Do you go topless? Thanks!

I had one done. I would advise painting toenails and fingernails as the stuff can stain them. Also, cut your nails as short as you would normally wear them or you'll end up with marks where the nails used to be.
I went topless but make sure you wear something dark and baggy that you don't mind getting a bit mucky afterwards.
I can't remember anything else but they do look really nice.

ive had a spray tan, it was fantasy tan, and i thought it was brilliant!

my place gave me paper knickers to wear, if this isnt the case with you then wear a pair you dont mind getting ruined. you dont have to go topless but wear a bra too you dont mind getting ruined. going topless is best, dont be embarressed!!!

and i was told to gohome topless in case putting bra back on ruined the tan!!! luckily i live around the corner from the shop, i would have had someones eye out

the place i went to also offered to let me go back the next day to check the eveness of the tan etc, and i was glad i did cos i wanted a topup on my face, which they did for nothing

Oh thanks for all your replies. I am really excited now! Do you need to put vaseline around your eye brows etc to make sure they don't go orange, or do they go through all this with you when you go to have it done?

no, i didnt do that with the vaseline

tbh, i am dead lazy and i didnt do any of that exfoliating, i just slapped on tons of moisturiser for a few days each night beforehand, and had no orange bits
