Lanlord asking personal questions

my lanlord is evicting me due too a couple months unpaid rent as ive had some money problems. he is texting me asking for my date of birth and if i have interent access etc... does anybody know why this is?

No idea about internet but guessing he needs more details to follow up unpaid rent

He probably needs these details for court details. He may be doing an online money claim for the outstanding rent. As it is over 2 months worth he can apply for a Section 8. Try and get it below 2 months worth.

Do you have some money to pay him?

He/she is wanting to instigate court /eviction proceedings.
