Hi, I am 1 week post opp from a breast re-augmentation. I have had my 280cc implant from under the muscle, replaced with a 400cc implant over the muscle. I’m only 1 week post op but I feel slightly concerned as the shape and size don’t really look much different to how they were before. I am aware of the drop and fluff process but with the implant being significantly larger, I expected them to feel a lot bigger and see a bigger difference after surgery. I’m worried I have paid all this money and still won’t be happy with them and I don’t want to settle for not being 100% happy. I have wanted to a bigger implant for so long and now I have finally saved up enough money, to not be happy and have to settle again will be really upsetting and disappointing. Has anyone got any advice or ways to reassure me that I will be happy with my final result? Any advice welcome….
