Small bumpy spot on 2 year olds back

Hey all! I’ve added the best possible pics I could get as my toddler doesn’t like to sit still like most 😂

So a few weeks ago a small red spot appeared on my sons back, I wasn’t too worried at first as it just looked like a normal wee spot but it doesn’t seem to be going away nor getting any worse. He isn’t phased by it at all and it’s the only one on his body!

Anybody got any idea what it is? Is it a doctor visit or anything I can do from home? Any advice welcome as I tend to get very anxious over these things usually! Thanks :)

Couod be discoid eczema but that is normally itchy. I suppose you have put sudacrem on it. Could be fungal. Ask your pharmacist to take a look. They are pretty good now.

I’ve popped some of that yellow nappy cream on it tonight to see how it goes (can’t remember the name, but it clears up nappy rash fairly quickly!) will see how it looks in the morning then will pop him along to the pharmacy for some advice!
