Hello,

Me and my partner are thinking to buy a flat either in Chertsey or Addlestone. Which area is best out of these places? Chertsey seems a bit cheaper.

Thank you

Hi, apologies if this reply is too late! Chertsey is a great place to live, especially if you have children as there are lots of green spaces and cycle lanes to practice cycling/scooting. It is a much quieter town compared to Addlestone and has a smaller high street, but is well-connected (surrounding areas such as Staines, Weybridge, Woking are about 10-15 min drive). Or, about 45-1 hour to London by train. I'd recommend visiting both areas if you're able to. All the best with your search.
