... to expect DH to unwrap the presents he's bought for me and wrapped in the special paper I bought for "presents from Santa"?

Not unreasonable - as long as you remembered to tell him that the paper was for "presents from Santa" ...

Didn't get the chance! What annoys me most is that he didn't choose the nice, pretty paper to wrap my presents in...

Not unreasonable but ime without direct instruction definitely optimistic. I left my DH to wrap up all my family's presents with 4 rolls of tastefully co-ordinating lovely paper only to come back to find them all wrapped in the same paper.

They just don't notice stuff like this.

Left dh to change the duvet once - none of the pillow cases matched and they didn't match the duvet cover either. He was soooo pleased with himself too!

mine has enough sense to ask now.
