Nuisance neighbours ringing my doorbell

I live in a building with a shared main exterior door and there is an intercom system to ring each apartment. I have upstairs neighbours who are continuing to ring my buzzer to let them in the building sometimes gone my little ones bedtime and the buzzer is very loud and disturbing not to mention annoying. I've tried not answering but I don't have a mute/ off switch and sometimes have deliveries so I answer thinking it's a delivery. Do I pay money to upgrade my phone to have a mute button ? but then not all of my deliveries send notifications for tracking. I don't think I'm allowed a camera door bell on a communal door entry so what do you suggest ?

Can you explain to the neighbours that the buzzer wakes up your child and ask them not to buzz you.

Tell the neighbours to stop buzzing you, and if they do, you will not be opening the door for them.

So there's two different upstairs neighbours and I'm not entirely sure wich one it is that's buzzing or if it's both I've not to long moved in and the last thing I want to do is to piss off somebody who lives above me! (I've had very bad luck with neighbours & noise)
