Joules clothes - how big do they come up?

I'm thinking of treating myself to a couple of Joules sweatshirts. I know their kids stuff comes up fairly small as DD has some bits. I've not had anything for myself though - whats your opinion of their sizes?

Well..

I buy a lot of joules clothes and I think that the polo shirts come up small (and unless you have small norks and arms not like a wrestler, bad choice anyway), the tops generally come up quite big after the first wash, and the skirts come up really quite big.

I just bought some joules tops and had to exchange them for a size larger. Norks have grown though.
