My mobile broke so I ordered a new one from Wollworths, and Parcelnet attempted to deliver it today whilst I was out.
They put a card through the door saying either 'in meter box on gravel' or 'in meter box on ground'.
Have checked both meter boxes and there is no parcel.
There is no contact number to ring on the card, and have been on the website and the only way I can contact them is via email.
What do I do, I can't afford to have paid for a phone I haven't had.
