We did an app to renew my DD’s passport but we didn’t include her middle name - just an oversight
the passport office has now asked for proof of her name change - obviously there isn’t any as we just didn’t include it 🫣
if we write a letter to confirm the above do we need to add anything else such as her birth certificate? I can’t find the answer online
