if your 40th birthday was coming up and you had asked your husband for the willow tree figurines of mother and son and mother and daughter, would you appreciate someone else giving you one of the others i.e the friendship one?
it's another mum who i have known for 12 years. we have always kept in touch and have a coffee once a week. next week is her 40th, so i want a nice present for her.
do you think, friendship figurine would be right, one of the others or scrap the willow tree idea Altogether?
