so basically I’m after some advice regarding vinted! I’ve recently started selling on there sold a few of the kids clothes and all has been fine, I sold a tracksuit of my sons on the 7th July through yodel store to door, i tracked the package and it said it was delivered to the buyer on the 12th July, the money was then transferred to my vinted balance a couple of days later. Then the buyer contacted me on the 20th july to say sorry she had not left feedback as she had, had the package delivered to her sons dads address and he was away! She then messaged again asking how I sent the package, I replied with tracking info from yodel and on the 28th july she said she had not received the package and yodel were saying it was returned to sender on the 20th July! I spoke with yodel myself and they told me due to problems with delivery address it was returned to sender on the 31st July and could take 5-7days for it to be sent back to the shop it was sent from, I have spoke to yodel again this morning who have said it is showing as returned to sender and to contact vinted! Vinted won’t help as the buyer didn’t report an issue within 48 hours of the package status been delivered?!? I have been to the store that I sent the package from it’s not there! I don’t know what to do to be fair does anyone have any help or advice, do I refund her the money she paid and take it as a loss?
