Nuby Rapid Cool

Hi, we have been using the nuby rapid cool for our feeds. Our daughter is currently on 5oz so we are putting 4oz of boiling water in the rapid cool and leaving 1oz in the bottle to sterilise the milk (to save sterilising rapid cool each time). However, the temperature of the water still feels pretty hot and only takes around 30 secs for the light to turn green. We turn it upside for 10 secs to let it go amber, then it turns green a short while after whereas the leaflet says it should take around 2 mins to cool down. Has anyone else found this? Are you supposed to leave the rapid cool turned upside down the whole time so that the water is touching the lid?

thanks

I also hold upside to make sure the green is definitely a green.
It cools to a set temperature so does still feel a little warm but it will be the right temp

Mine is exactly the same, maybe ive just been giving too cold a feed when using a bottle warmer but mine cools super quick and feels too hot when testing on my wrist. I tried it when I wasnt making a feed to make sure it worked and it seemed to take longer to cool. Im so confused
