Driving test anxiety

Hello! At the delightful age of 35 I've now got my arse in gear and learning how to drive
I have two more lessons then my test
My instructor is adamant I'm ready
But I'm so so anxious
Any tips?
This is my first practical test so I really want to pass and save money not doing lessons 😂
Thanks

I found practice really helped!! I passed in my late 20s (didn't need to learn until then) and I'm wildly anxious.

Deep breaths, take your time listening to the instructor, ask them to clarify if you're not sure (I did this on the follow road signs part - they won't mind!), make sure you're confident on your questions and manoeuvres. I took several drops of bachs before hand and reminded myself it wasn't the end of the world. My average heart rate was way over 100bpm during the test but passed with flying colours 😀 they're not trying to fail you at all - they're trying to see if you're a safe driver - check your mirrors all of the time / don't take chances in gaps in traffic, just all of the things you do normally 😊

If your instructor thinks you're ready then you're ready 😊 they wouldn't be sending you off unprepared! Good luck!
