Hi I'm new to here so it's the first time I've posted. So, HRT what a minefield! Currently I'm taking Elleste solo 1mg and I've got two patches on (87.5 micrograms). What's anyone else's experience with patches and tablets? I can't seem to get it right. My GP won't make me a face 2 face appointment and don't seem to know much about menopause!! Thanks
