ADs or not - need advice ASAP please

I have a doctor's appointment in about 20 mins.

It was originally for the virus I have had, but I ended up seeing an emergency doc for it on Weds.

I kept the appointment because I have been trying to decide if I need to get ADs, or if I am just low after a run of viruses.

20 mins to go and I still have no idea if I need meds or if I just need sleep.

I don't know what to do, DH is useless, he says he doesn't know how I feel.

I don't know what to do!!!
