Christmas day breakfast

As I start work at 1pm on Christmas day I was wondering if anyone had any good idea's for a nice Christmas day breakfast as we will be having our Christmas dinner on the Monday and would like to do something nice for breakfast instead.

We always have hot criossants, butter and jam, with a glass of Buck's Fizz.

We always have scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. This year we may well have Buck's Fizz as well, now that WWB has given me the idea!

We always have a full cooked breakfast on Christmas day, we only have a cooked breakfast at christmas and on new years day.

Bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, black pudding my favourite, mushrooms and tattie scones, or potato scones to those of you who aren't scottish.
The best breakfast of the year in my opinion.
