there is a party wall between me and my neighbours. Several years ago their sons used my fence and fence post as a goal, breaking part of the fence. To avoid issues, I had it repaired but over time the fence post has sagged forward. There is ivy on my side of the fence which I can’t remove as bats are roosting there so cable tied the fence post around the bricks at the top of the party wall. Neighbour keeps cutting the ties off. Any suggestions before I lose my temper?
