Recommendations small city cars.

My '55 registration Ford Ka car is nearing the end of the road........ mechanically fine, low mileage, but at my last MOT in October signs of body corrosion that will need welding this year..... expensive.

Anyway, I'm happy to update my car, but as it will only be for me and mainly used in the city what small city cars would you recommend. I want a petrol car, preferably brand new, but beyond that what works for you that you'd like to share your thoughts on.

Dd has a skoda fabia which has been very reliable.

Fiat Panda? Looks a bit square but fun to drive.

I love my skoda citigo, very cheap to run, loads of space inside for such a small car. It's exactly the same as a VW up, same engine parts etc, but a lot cheaper to buy.

I have a vw up and absolutely love it.
