I don't know whether he made it up himself or was taught it but ds's version is "Twinkle, twinkle chocolate bar/ Mummy drives a sweet little car/ etc" and "Off we go in a puff of smoke".

omg I thought Twinkle twinkle chocolate bar was something my ds ghad made up! Didn't realise it was a widely known song!

Yes I shall now memorise the words and completely shock my son by singing it to him when I pick him up this afternoon.

One of my children's favourite poetry books is called 'twinkle twinkle chocolate bar" it really appealed to my son and got him interested in poetry.
