Anyone got a Mini Clubman?

and if so, what do you think of it?

Currently looking at getting a Mini Clubman Cooper S.

Originally went to look at th normal Mini but ruled it out as there really is no leg room at all if DH was driving. Whereas the Clubman does have quite a bit more room - I could comfortable sit behind him.

It will be my car anyway though...so if you have the Clubman, what is good and what is not so good? Would you recommend it and why?

i havent got one, but i've been in one and seen one. They fugly and not too big inside, but the most ridiculous feature is the door on opens on the side of the road - not so good for getting kids out!! Oh and the boot isnt that big either... personally i wouldnt have one, there are much better & bigger cars for the same money

sorry that sounds really harsh - if you want want - get one

i test drove one but ruled it out as the extra side door just made me feel trapped when I got out with DS (age 2). The salesman kep saying 'its a mini' re the size but actually it isn;t that small - same size really as my golf, but the golf is MILES bigegr inside. I couldn;t even get my umbrella buggy in the boot unless I stood it up. Its like an anti tardis (where has all the space gone). Plus v. expensive - I am waiting til i don;t needa buggy and kids can get in an out more easily.

lovely to look at though........

they look funky
interesting and shame about that, fairydust
loved my mini
we could ferry a great deal of stuff cat ds and pram it it the foot wells were deep and it was cosy but do-able
we had to measure all prams folded before purchasing though many would be wayyy to big for mini boot

Boot space not an issue.
