What would you do?

Tomorrow, a friend and I were meant to be going away on a much looking forward to spa night away.
Unfortunately her dh has just gone into hospital with an emergency appendicitis so she can no longer come as they have a little one.
She has said I must still go and let my dh have her place.
Should I offer to pay her for dh's place? Tbh we can't really afford to and I saved up for this as a real treat.
Just asking for opinions please

Go, take your husband. Perhaps, later, when you can afford it, take her to the spa
