Hi can anyone r3commend a good app for finding carbs in branded goods, one that can tell me the carbs in specific brands of wine. The ones I’ve looked at all have me inputting loads of details and give me recipes and plans ,but don’t seem to let me search for items. It may be that I need to pay a subscription,which I’m fine with.
Been doing well on keto for last couple months and enjoying a tipple at weekends,but seems the carbs in different makes of dry wines eg Sauvignon blanc,vary wildly between the different makes. Its him indoors birthday and want to get some champagne and fizzy plonk but don’t know which is best for me, tried going on Tesco groceries but the only nutritional details they supply for wine is calories and alcohol units.
Any info much appreciated.
