er, did i miss something?

Parenting is difficult sometimes, and life can seem a bit surreal...
Or is this from the tree hugging association?

LadyJogsAlot · 12/02/2008 17:09

i think i might get annoyed at this tree.

who was it that had a neighbour that painted a tree?

Was it F&Z? and what colour is it now?

OrmIrian · 12/02/2008 17:42

I think it's perfectly possible to be irritated by any number of otherwise seemingly harmless inanimate objects. I frequently hate things in my house, my bed when it leaps out and stubs my toe, my mp3 player when it falls out of my jeans pocket and smashes itself on the floor, keys when they get themselves lost. But a tree...not sure. It would have to have done something very very annoying indeed.

captainmummy · 12/02/2008 17:43

actulaly I think it's prob more like vice versa..

Tortington · 12/02/2008 17:43

i suppose if said tree were blocking a view or sunlight i should be v. pissed off at it and i should think i might even kick it

bundle · 12/02/2008 17:46

i don't like those ?lime/plane trees that shit goo all over my car

NomDePlume · 12/02/2008 17:50

I have a huge tree in my front garden. Throughout the year it drops pine needles, huge catkins, green dust/pollen and pine cones all over our cars . There is also lots of birds and a squirrel in the tree which shit with gay abandon all over ther cars too. Grrr. The tree has a TPO on it so we are powerless

bundle · 12/02/2008 17:52

oh god we have a holly tree in back garden and got tree surgeon in to decapitate it - except dh agreed with him that it was a "fine specimen"

it drops HEAPS of very prickly leaves all year round.

but we did make £70 out of it at Borough Market one Christmas...

OrmIrian · 12/02/2008 17:53

It drops pine cones and catkins...?

nutcracker · 12/02/2008 17:54

I am pissed off with 3 trees, my grass won't grow because of them.

NomDePlume · 12/02/2008 17:55

yes, big fuzzy bastards Orm.

Buda · 12/02/2008 17:55

Course you could! I get pissed off at inanimate objects (like DH!) all the time.

NomDePlume · 12/02/2008 17:56

at different times of the year, obv

hecate · 12/02/2008 17:57

Oh I could.

Everything has the potential to piss me off.

I'm a grumpy cow.
