Child maintenance from a parent living in a non-REMO country

Hi All,

I wondered if anyone has had experience of using the D151 form to get child maintenance from a parent who is resident in a non-REMO country, which doesn’t have jurisdiction with the UK?

If so, could you please advise how you went about this?

Hi - sorry you got no replies to this. I'm in the same boat, and wondering what (if anything) you did about this, and whether you have any words of wisdom for enforcing maintenance or otherwise from the paying (or not!) parent in the non-REMO country. Thanks!
