Headphones recommendation

Hi there, I'm going back to work after maternity leave soon and going to be working from home near to my husband. We will both be on calls regularly so I wondered if anyone could recommend any headphones for calls and also cancelling out background noise? Thanks

AirPods Pro or AirPods Max.

If you want more noise cancellation than these provide you will need something like the in-ears from Etymotic - I use ER4SR but ER2SE are more affordable.
