Hi, I have two children with two different dads, I am separated from both and have court orders in place with both for the children.
There was a situation a few days ago where my youngest child was very poorly so his father came to my house to see him, during that time my eldest child (Who has suspected ADHD and has severe behaviour issues) was lashing out when I told him it was bedtime (a regular occurrence)
It was really bad to the point he smashed his bedroom up and threw a lamp at me.
At this point my ex stepped in and tried to help with my eldest by putting him on the naughty step but he still wouldn't calm down so he took him outside till he calmed down (which he did calm down)
When they returned my son shut himself in his room, after an hour my ex and I went to go and speak to him and he apologised and had cuddles and he was fine.
When my eldest went to his dads the next day he told his dad my ex tried grabbing him by the throat. His dad went straight to the school and told them and now the police and social services are involved and have filed a section 47.
My son has no marks on him and he was not upset or anything that night that would make me thinkhe was hurt in that way.
A social worker called me and said my eldest now has a section 47 on him but my youngest child is gonna need to be assessed and she will be coming out to do it tomorrow.
Could anyone that's been through this give me some advice? I'm so anxious as I haven't been through this before.
