Vaping how much is too much

My friend vapes one disposable puff bar or elf bar or whatever they are called in 24 hours which says 600 puffs, is this a lot?

Many people smoke a pack of 29 a day. It’s apparently the equivalent.

An Elf Bar has the equivalent of around 20 cigarettes. Although some articles suggest this number is higher, they compare the nicotine to what is found in light cigarettes. Whereas, an Elf Bar 600 is closer to a 20 pack of regular cigarettes.

Any vaping is too much.

Any amount is too much but as he's an adult - I presume - this is entirely his choice
