Child's Party

We are celebrating my child's 3rd birthday party by inviting all his preschool friends to a local play venue.
This in itself is quite expensive (like breaking our bank account expensive) as it includes food, drinks and playtime for all the children, but we wanted to do this for him as it's the first proper celebration we've been able to do.
Just need opinions...should we pay out extra money, that we honestly don't have, to provide tea, coffee for the parents as well? What if parents order more expensive drinks..lattes etc. I'm also sure siblings, grandparents etc will be coming along.
The venue isn't sophisticated enough to keep proper tabs on what people are ordering, and is open to the public at same time.
Thanks

We offered ours sparkling flavoured water which the vast majority declined.

Yes teas and coffees are nice , but kids parties aren't that long and we saved the expense/another thing to have to organise and think about

No I would only pay for children you've invited. If it's open to the public then there'll be somewhere parents can buy them self a drink if they want one. That's what I've always done at these places.
Likewise with any additional siblings etc, I would make clear that they will need to be paid for separately as the party is only booked for X number
Otherwise you could end up spending a fortune.
