Friends 40th birthday - ideas?

My friend will be 40 in a few months. We live in different countries - she's in Germany. Has anyone got any ideas of something sprecommendations ecial that I could send her? Obviously it must be suitable for postage (and not cost the earth to post).

Also, are there anan recommendations for sending flowers (apart from interflora?)
