My 17 month old headbutted me this morning (3.45am) with all the pressure going straight onto my nose. It immediately started bleeding, small consistent amounts for about 35 minutes. This was just a few marks on the tissue at times and whilst I did try to hold my nose I was also holding my son. It immediately started hurting and I got a headache.
It's now 8.54 and I've still got a really bad headache and my nose is hurting. I don't think it's swollen though to be honest I don't really look at my nose frequently enough to know 😅. My nose does feel blocked though I was catching something anyway.
This is the first time I've had to deal with something like this so would this be a just leave it situation, a gp situation, urgent care etc?
