Pairing Apple Watch to new iPhone

I have just purchased a new iPhone and am trying to connect my old Apple Watch to it.

Every time I try and pair it, it comes up with the attached pic.

Help me.

Ah, also make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices.

I think you have to restart factory settings on the watch first.

Ooh I've done it!! Reset the watch and started it again! All sorted. Thank you
