Thats it really!

I've googled and googled, left messgaes with a couple of agencies who haven't got abck to me.

Would like him to do a 'this is your life' at my mums 50th birthday.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

ooh well in that case i think it would be much nicer to do it but without him lol

i can think of a billion better ways to spend the money

i am insanely jealous that you are doing stuff for her 50th

mine was a piece of utter crap

Zippibabes, she is gonna have a fab birthday. I think my dad is taking her to the south of france for a long weekend too, just the two of them (I am one of 5 siblings and the youngest is 13 so it'll be a change for them to go away without at least one child with them!)

Sorry yours was crap :-(

Disenchanted - its not a case of more money than sense. Just recently my parents seem to be losing friends - to cancer, heart attacks . . .and they are young really for that to be happening. So they are now of the view that life is too short - and so are 'Ski-ing' as my dad puts it (spending kids inheritance). They have done well for themselves so why not.
