Evri (formerly Hermes) sent me an email with a photo of my item left outside my house on the doorstep.They said it had been delivered. When I returned home there was no item.The item would have had a persons name on (my name),so item sould be delivered to a person. Evri failed to deliver to a living person, they just left it on ground ouside house!!!, how do I know that courier did not take item after taking photo.Item was an import from Japan.Have looked at Evri website and cannot see how to complain.This is criminal. I had this happen several times with My Hermes, and Hermes,and now Evri: all the same company.Does any one know how I can complain.
