I ordered a sleep wedge pillow in 12/11/2022, from them, for severe gastric reflux. I paid in full as well as a charge for standard delivery.
The delivery date was to be 19/11/2022. I waited that day, but nothing arrived. I track the progress on my account, the delivery day has changed to 21/11/22, ,and the day before that, it changed to 22/11/22, today when I checked the progress page, the date for delivery changed to 23/11/22.
I don't know if I want to cry, my gastric regurgitation is getting severe and in need of a wedge pillow to reduce the symptom. Now I have bought one from another company.
I wish to cancel my order with mama&papa. Is there any advice on how to do this? I will be grateful for any opinions and suggestions.
