How do you get your kids to put the lids back on?

Try as I might dd1 (5 - and should know better) just can't or won't.. so they all dry up..

Any top tips?

sit with him and make him do it every time .. any pens that don't have lids on get thrown in the bin and not replaced

be cruel to be kind

dd likes to draw in her room before bed.. guess I should only allow her crayons until she is sensible enough to put them away?

and once again am amazed and suprised and thrilled to find out that it is not only my children who do this

Woolworths colorplay felt tips should be avoided at all costs as the lids fall off again, which makes all the nagging a bit pointless they dont click on IFYKWIM- unless I have a bad batch.
