Neighbors Noise

So… I live next door to a very young couple. He’s 21, she’s 17.
I am a single mom, have 2 kids, every other week, they’re 8 and 4.
my neighbors are always either fighting, or having sex. And whichever it is they’re doing, it’s very loud. Luckily none of my children has heard them yet. But it won’t be long before one does and starts asking questions.
what should I do!?

I'm on the opposite end-ish (I'm not having sex or arguing)

I'm in my 20s with my baby at home and my neighbours (I live next door to adapted bungalows that are 60+ accommodation) they're all on the weed!!!! i put my little girl (20 weeks) in bath with me usually and I have to close the windows because of the smell!

The health visitor did her visit the other day and I had to pre warn her and she did go and double check. Not a good look for me however all was validated.

Nothing I can do in my case ☹️ but as for yours why don't you put a note through the door, get a friend to do it so they don't recognise you as they may feel a little embarrassed. If not you may need to complain to their landlord or whoever from just "one of the neighbours" anonymously. Or from yourself but tell the landlord it's anonymous and they might fit you with one of those readers that monitor the decibel of the sounds! Xx
