OH MY GOD! Cannot believe it, sold a high priced game, buyer reported arrived broken. They sent picture and it showed plastic box cracked, back of game only snapped in bits, back of box unbroken and front cover and booklet that was in front of game in perfect condition. I asked for a photo of the front of the game to prove it was same game broken and that they had not replaced with a cheap game and they refused, and vinted gave them the money back straight away.

That is awful. No way would the booklet be in such good condition if the disc was snapped like that!

I no longer sell anything on eBay, and won’t list on Vinted for the same reason. There are just too many scammers these days.

This is why I havent sold things on sites like this but that has left me with loads of thing I dont want and have no way of getting rid of unless I dump it, even charities are fussy about what they take and some say they dont take any more donations, also Im limited with when I can physically take things to the charity shop and you're not allowed to leave things outside

put on facebook marketplace for free, most things get snapped up!

Surely this could have happened in transit, and that's what the buyer protection scheme is for? Have Vinted refused to realise the purchase price to you?
