New makeup pallet has lumps in it

Purchased this makeup pallet 3 weeks ago, I haven't used it daily but probably about 3 x weekly.
Anyhow, can anyone explain why the blush/concealer and pressed powder has this funny bumpy texture?
I have emailed them but am yet to hear back, I really like the makeup but have never experienced this before and it really turns me off a bit.

Is it a cheaper brand? Maybe the pigments haven't been mixed properly and it's left it lumpy

It's usually when liquid has came into contact with it but I've found it can also just been from the natural oils on your face transferring from the brush.

Oils mixed with the pigment I think and clumped it. Has happened to my old blush before.

Your skins natural oils transferred via make up brush/sponge/fingers

Are these cream products or power? Cream products do that when they have melted and reset.

Thanks.
Yea, it's a cream blush and concealer. I've had these before, although not this make. Will see what they come back with.
