Warm waterproof coat

Can anyone recommend a really warm ladies waterproof coat? I'm struggling to find anything that isn't just cotton lined. I'd like a coat that rivals a thick down jacket in terms of warmth and that is also waterproof, for a budget of £120 max.

Probably a 3 in 1 is your best bet? You can take the fleece lined out in summer for just a waterproof jacket. They're not stylish but they are warm, and get a properly waterproof one and they are great for keeping the weather out.

I have a very classic style Barbour with a liner gilet which I wear all winter and keeps me toasty warm out walking the dog but I am moving a lot so it might not be the same circumstances for you.
