Help!! Onetel Broadband

I have onetel broadband - had it for a few weeks now and Ive been happy with it HOWEVER as of yesterday it now drops its connection every minute or so its SO annoying.

I have run spyware and virus checks

Any ideas anyone? or do I have to find a life

we have this and they are upgradingthe service at hte moment and so availability is a bit hit and miss.. i complained and have been promised a refund

Oh no, we've just signed up for BB with Onetel - eek!
