Love Leggings.com. Avoid this Company!

Hi! First posting for me! At the end of April I received a pair of leggings from Love leggings.com. They were see through and of poor quality and not cheap.The Company asked for a photo of the leggings ! I sent off photo clearly showing they were see through. Eventually they sent me another pair, poor quality and three sizes too big. They are refusing to refund money even though I offered to return items less postage. I am not the only customer affected, they send out a load of ‘template’ set letters offering refunds. Like many others I have given up. This Company know that eventually people will give up, happened to two of my friends too. Please do not use this Company. They need to be taken to the small Claims Court.

I really like my leggings from there, have three pairs. Not great to see their response though!

I'm surprised at this. I had maternity leggings from there that were brilliant, and I had tried so many brands. Didn't have to contact them or anything though.

Just adding..
I now have two pairs of leggings which are unwearable and love leggings have my money!
I very a rarely complain.

Why not take them to small claim court?

In the past few weeks I've ordered hundreds of pounds worth of stuff from Love Leggings, most of it being returned because of the fit or colour wasn't very nice on me. I did try one pair of leggings that were poor quality fabric. I have sent every order back and received refunds with no issues at all.

The bits that I did keep seem decent quality considering the price I paid for them compared to other maternity lines available.

Curious, if you didn't like them when they arrived how come you didn't just return them?

Small claims court is a bit dramatic for gods sake!

Just raise a dispute with your bank.
