Tenancy transfer

Does anyone know if London borough of sutton would allow me to transfer tenancy to my daughter and then she live in two bed house with her friend.She doesn't want to move with me as can't cope with the change due to social anxiety and panic attacks.

From what I’ve read on their website, you can only pass on the tenancy when you die, and then only to someone who already lives in the property. This can only be done once.

So I’d say no, you cant do what you've suggested.

My daughter has always lived with me.That's where I'm not sure.Some say no they wouldn't let me ,others say they would as she's always lived there.
