Thomas the Tank Engine - Dressing up clothes

I have spent 3 nights looking on the internet - searching for a Thomas the Tank Engine dressing up outfit but to no avail. I can get one from America but ... anyway. Its the one with the tabard over the little blue pull on all in one, with Thomas' Face padded on the front. If anyone knows where I can get one, or has one they want to sell PLEASE I am a desperate woman.

We went to a Halloween/Bonfire party last night and there was a little boy the same age as ds in the very outfit, unfortunately the mother cannot remember where she got it - immediately I hated her of course and believe it or notI wanted to get ketchup on it for her son.

There's one in stock at this site . in size 3-4. £19.95 but I don't know how muc the postage was.

I was amazed that they accepted all my details because the others that I tried would not accept the order unless I put in the State and also they would not accept our English telephone numbers.
